OUR POLICIES

LIABILITY

Cozy Little Campers assumes no responsibility or liability for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the duration of the sleepover rental period. By using our services, Clients acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for the safety and well-being of all participants involved in the sleepover event. This includes but is not limited to supervision of children, adherence to safety guidelines provided by Cozy Little Campers, and proper use of equipment and furnishings provided. Clients also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cozy Little Campers and its employees or affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of our inventory and services. It is recommended that Clients review their own insurance coverage to ensure adequate protection during the sleepover event.

SECURITY DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

After we confirm your rental request date is available, your reservation is secured when the rental contract is signed and the full balance is paid (including the $50 security deposit). The security deposit may be partially or fully withheld to cover an excessive cleaning fee that is applied if inventory is returned dirty, stained, or otherwise not in its original condition (normal wear and tear is excluded). Any remaining balance will be refunded within 5 days after the client returns the inventory.
 
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event date will not be subject to a refund of any payment made toward the party, including the $50 security deposit.​ If sleepover guests cancel within 24 hours prior to your party set up, please be aware that we do not offer refunds per guest tents.

We kindly request that you utilize our cancellation policy as a means to promptly inform us of any changes or cancellations to your party arrangements. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are more than willing to accommodate rescheduling to an alternative date, subject to availability on our calendar. As a small business, we dedicate significant effort to sanitize, launder, and disinfect all linens and inventory to ensure pristine condition prior to each Client's party date. Additionally, we diligently maintain a diverse inventory to perfectly complement your chosen theme.

If in the unforeseen case of an emergency, we must cancel your rental date, you will receive a refund of your security deposit in addition to any amount already paid toward your balance. In addition, we will provide notification in the unlikely circumstance that this occurs. 
 
In the event that the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Cozy Little Campers, such as natural disasters or government mandates, Cozy Little Campers reserve the right to modify or waive the cancellation policy as necessary.

By booking a rental with Cozy Little Campers, Clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.

SAFETY

Our beds consist of inflatable air mattresses. It is important to note that the United States Product Safety Commission advises against allowing children under the age of 15 months to use such mattresses due to the risk of suffocation. Please ensure that no children under the age of 15 months sleep on the air mattresses or are unsupervised in the party space.

PICKUP & SETUP OPTIONS

Standard Rental: Client is responsible for picking up, transporting, setting up, taking down and returning all inventory in the same condition as received.

Professional Setup Service: A $100 travel and service fee will be applied to Clients located within our service area. This fee includes delivery, professional setup, and pickup of all rental inventory. Events outside the service area may be subject to additional travel fees, which will be disclosed and agreed upon prior to booking.

Delivery & Haul Away Service: A $50 travel free will be applied to Clients located within our service area.

PREPARING PROESSIONAL SETUP SERVICE

Please clear the preferred setup room prior to our arrival. Our team is not responsible for helping move furniture or clear the space for your event. We require someone 18 years or older be present at the home and pets are kept out of the party space during both set up and pick up. Additionally, please ensure the party space is clear of pet hair prior to our arrival. We ask that you ensure direct adult supervision to any child under the age of 10 if they will be present in the area during set up and pick up. Cozy Little Campers does not offer outdoor sleepover setups.

MISSING & DAMAGED INVENTORY POLICY

As a small business, we take additional time and careful measures to guarantee the quality of our rental inventory to every client without having to raise our rental rate. We kindly request that you ask guests to refrain from jumping on airbeds. The "rule" is in place to minimize the risk for injury and leave little room for inventory damage to occur. Please ensure an indoor space is available and our inventory remain indoors.​

In addition, we love clients who take their sleepovers to the next level. However, please ensure all nail polish, makeup, other staining products, food, pets, and sharp objects are away from the sleepover setup area. Lastly, be sure to ask each guest to bring a sleepover pillow for additional sanitization purposes (everything we provide is washed and sanitized between rentals). 
The client assumes full responsibility for inventory during the rental period. Any inventory that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the credit or debit card on file at replacement cost and shipping fees.

CARD ON FILE AUTHORIZATION

The Client authorizes Cozy Little Campers to keep a valid credit or debit card on file and to charge that card for:
  • Replacement of missing or damaged inventory
  • Costs exceeding the security deposit
  • Unpaid balances related to the rental

STATEMENT OF SERVICE

We understand the many tasks at hand when it comes to hosting a party. However, we do not offer party services such as event coordination. In addition, when professional setup service is purchased, we do not clean up beyond our scope, which includes the quality-ensured delivery, set up, and cleanup of our party rental items only.
